What is SoloStack Home Watch?
SoloStack Home Watch is online inspection-report software for independent home-watch companies. It combines client and property records, editable checklists, inspection photos and branded PDF reports.
Do homeowners need an account?
No. Download a PDF report or share the PDF file from a supported device. Homeowners can open the file without signing in. Email opens a draft; attach the downloaded PDF before sending.
Are gate codes included in reports?
No. Property access details stay in your signed-in workspace and are omitted from homeowner reports. Avoid putting access codes in report notes or photos.
How does the free trial work?
The trial lasts 14 days from account creation. No card is required to start. After it ends, a subscription is required to create or edit records; existing reports remain available to view and export.
What does it cost?
The first 50 accounts receive the US$19 monthly rate, locked for that account. Later accounts pay US$24 monthly. Annual billing is US$190. All plans have the same features.
Does it work offline?
An internet connection is required to sign in, save answers, upload photos and generate reports. Use it in a modern phone, tablet or desktop browser.
