Your records.
A clear workflow.
What the workspace stores
The app stores your company profile, sign-in email, password hash, client and property records, checklist answers, notes, photos and subscription references. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Keep sensitive information limited to what you need for the service.
Private records and public reports
Records and uploaded images require a signed-in account. Property access details are excluded from generated reports. Notes and photos that you include in an inspection are included in its report, so check them before sharing.
A downloaded PDF is a separate copy. Anyone you send it to can keep or forward it. Native sharing depends on your device. The email action opens your mail app and downloads the PDF; attach that file before sending. The app does not send report emails automatically.
Payments
When billing is enabled, Stripe handles hosted checkout and subscription management. The app stores Stripe customer and subscription references, not full payment-card details.
Access and deletion
You can view and export existing reports after your trial or paid access ends. Delete records from their workspace controls while you have editing access. For account-level deletion, corrections or sign-in assistance, contact support. Deleting a workspace record does not recall copies you already downloaded or shared.
Support
Email zoverions@gmail.com with a description of the issue and your account email. Do not email passwords, card information or property access codes. Support response times are not guaranteed.
Using the software
SoloStack Home Watch organises inspection information. It does not replace a professional inspection, emergency service or your obligations to clients. Review the checklist, observations and report before you rely on or share them.
